The boom microphone is not available for devices connected through the on-headset 3.5mm audio port in this mode. G933 HEADSET WINDOWS
Set G933 as the Windows Default Device: Right-click on the volume icon. Make sure the slider in the volume mixer for all apps is at 100. Right-click on the volume icon and then click Volume Mixer. The G933 gaming headset has two operation modes, Wireless On, and Wireless Off. Make sure the headset volume is at least 20, the volume slider in the application is not muted.
