I will never EVER leave for even a short day hike without this stove and a dehydrated meal in my pack again. I am excited about this!Īs long as temps stay above the mid-twenties (Fahrenheit), we can leave the added bulk and weight of our MSR Whisperlite Universal stove behind, and instead just carry our MSR Pocket Rockets. With warmer weather on the way, we have the opportunity to travel even lighter with so much of our gear.
